He has risen!

1On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb.
 They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ”Then they remembered his words.

Luke 24:1-8

Our ACTS team continues its ongoing mission to Abington Manor to have fellowship with some of the residents. They assist the Activity Coordinators and bring the Spirit of God to those they interact with.  Please continue to pray and let them know you support them. They will be performing their mission of Good Will to the Abington Manor once a month over the next year. Thank You to Norma and Michelle for coordinating this excellent endeavor for the kids.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed by Thy name;
Thy Kingdom come;
Thy Will be done,
on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever. Amen

The Great Commission

Matthew 28:16-20
English Standard Version (ESV)

16 Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. 17 And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted.18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
